Niamh McWalter is a personal trainer based in the West of Ireland. After completing her BSc in Sports and Exercise Sciences, Niamh worked in several gyms before going full-time with her online coaching business. Niamh's main passion is helping people from all walks of life perform and feel better through science-based exercise programming and nutrition guidance. In her spare time, Niamh loves cooking and playing rugby.
